The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be a key driver of the company’s expansion by identifying and creating new business opportunities. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, and arranging meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate is motivated, articulate, and thrives on building strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries.
- Lead Generation: Utilize tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and email campaigns to source and qualify leads.
- Outreach: Engage prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media to schedule meetings.
- Qualification: Evaluate prospects’ needs to ensure alignment with the company’s solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies and grow the pipeline.
- CRM Management: Keep detailed and current records of all prospecting activities in the CRM.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and scheduled meetings.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to uncover new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus (not mandatory).
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales, business development, or a similar role (entry-level candidates with high potential will also be considered).
- Skills:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Tenacious, goal-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
