We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in optimizing Upwork profiles, managing multiple accounts, and executing B2B outreach on LinkedIn. You will drive growth by crafting technical proposals, improving profile rankings, and managing client pitching and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize and manage multiple Upwork profiles for better ranking and client conversion.
- Develop and execute Upwork bidding and engagement strategies.
- Write technical, tailored cover letters and proposals.
- Handle LinkedIn B2B outreach, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Develop effective pitching and follow-up strategies.
- Understand Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to target the right clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in business development with Upwork & LinkedIn outreach experience.
- Strong skills in profile optimization, proposal writing, and platform strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple profiles and client pipelines efficiently.
- Good written communication and understanding of B2B sales processes.
