What You’ll Do
- Proactively search, connect, and engage potential clients on Upwork.
- Craft personalized, winning proposals that stand out and convert.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
- Track and analyze performance to continuously improve your strategy.
What You’ll Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, or client acquisition.
- Prior experience using Upwork or other freelancing platforms is a huge plus.
- Outstanding communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter attitude — proactive, goal-oriented, and collaborative.
