We're looking for a Business Development Executive who’s ambitious, proactive, and ready to grow with us.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and actively engage potential clients on Upwork.
- Write compelling, customized proposals to win contracts.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Prior experience working on Upwork or similar freelance platforms is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.

Kohistan Tower, Saddar Rawalpindi (Onsite Position)
Shifts Available:
- Morning: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Night: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
