Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s students or fresh graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields may apply.
- Strong interest in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Basic understanding of market research and business strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients or partners using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or Crunchbase to build a pipeline of leads.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis using tools such as SimilarWeb, SEMrush, or Google Trends to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Client Outreach: Assist in drafting and sending professional emails or messages via tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Outreach.io to engage prospects and schedule meetings.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive to track leads, interactions, and deal progress.
- Proposal Development: Support the creation of business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks using tools like Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare for client meetings, including creating agendas and researching client needs using LinkedIn or company websites.
- Partnership Exploration: Identify potential partnership opportunities with other organizations or institutions and assist in drafting partnership agreements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development activities using tools like Google Analytics or Tableau.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with business development tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io, Crunchbase, or similar).
- Strong research skills and proficiency with market analysis tools (e.g., SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Google Trends).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting professional emails and proposals.
- Basic proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop/PC.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to constructive feedback.
