We’re a fast-growing software development company seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified leads, close high-value deals, and help scale our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book 15–20 qualified sales leads per month through outbound strategies
- Generate $10K+ in new monthly business through consultative selling
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings via Zoom
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation or SaaS/software sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable leading Zoom sales calls and handling objections
- Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
