We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including initial outreach, qualification, discovery, appointments, and deal closing.
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments scheduled and deals closed.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through ongoing training and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in Business Development.
- Proven success in prospecting new markets and setting appointments with new business.
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Location: Block 4, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Shift: Night
Office Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM PKT
Working Days: 5 days a week

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
