Job Overview:
We are hiring a Business Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations from our office in Kharian, Pakistan. This is an on-site role—not remote—and requires direct involvement with our U.S.-based operations team.
You will be assisting brokers and operations managers by:
- Communicating with truck drivers, shippers, and receivers in the U.S. via phone and email
- Tracking and updating shipment statuses
- Providing support and updates to the Ops team and customers
- Ensuring smooth coordination and administrative follow-through
Who We're Looking For:

- Have a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
- Preferably have previous experience in logistics, operations, or customer support (not required, but a plus)

- This is NOT a remote position.
- Interstate X does not provide relocation, commute, or travel assistance.

Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Location: On-site in Kharian, Pakistan
- Timings: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
- Salary: Rs 50,000 – Rs 70,000/month (based on experience)
