Globe Call Centre is currently seeking skilled Cab Dispatchers / Taxi Operators with a minimum of one year of practical experience in a similar role.
Primary Duties:
- Assign taxi services promptly to meet incoming transportation requests.
- Monitor driver routes and schedules to guarantee timely arrivals and departures.
- Maintain regular contact with both drivers and clients to provide updates or quickly handle any issues.
- Accurately document trip details, driver logs, and overall dispatch activities.
- Ensure all dispatch operations follow internal guidelines and comply with local transportation regulations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in taxi dispatching or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of GPS navigation systems and dispatching software tools.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to remain composed and effective under stressful conditions.
- Highly organized with great attention to accuracy and detail.
