Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints to ensure a satisfactory experience.
- Determine the most effective ways to address client inquiries.
- Provide introductory information to new customers.
- Escalate queries and concerns to the appropriate team members as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs400.00 - Rs550.00 per hour
