Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant CCTV Operator to monitor our security systems and ensure the safety and protection of company property, personnel, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong observation skills and the ability to stay focused for long periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect and report any suspicious or unauthorized activity.
- Maintain logs of incidents, observations, and activities.
- Ensure all cameras and surveillance equipment are operational; report malfunctions to the relevant department.
- Work closely with the security team and report real-time issues requiring on-ground response.
- Provide recorded footage upon request to assist with investigations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and privacy regulations during monitoring.
- Remain alert and focused during all assigned shifts.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a CCTV monitoring role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and surveillance equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
