Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative, confident, and detail-oriented Content Creator + Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands women’s comfort wear, is comfortable creating content around undergarments and intimate topics, and knows how to spark meaningful engagement online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation
- Develop engaging and brand-aligned content for social media, emails, website banners, and campaigns.
- Create product-centric videos, reels, and stories (UGC style or scripted).
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars around collections, campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Write clear, catchy captions, hooks, and CTAs tailored to Sajiero’s audience.
Social Media Management
- Manage daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Plan and execute giveaways, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
- Stay on top of trends, hashtags, and formats relevant to fashion and female-led brands.
Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, sales campaigns, and branded series.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team for briefs, assets, and performance reports.
- Ensure all content is modest, body-positive, and in line with brand values.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media management (fashion or lifestyle brand preferred).
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Comfortable talking about women’s innerwear and promoting body-positive messaging.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of Gen Z + millennial digital behavior.
- Fluent in English and Urdu.
