Position Title: Junior Social Media Executive
Shift: Monday to Saturday-Morning (9 am to 5 pm)
We’re looking for a proactive and creative individual to manage social media content creation for our clients. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management, content writing, and visual content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule engaging written content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Design visually appealing social media posts using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Shoot and edit short-form videos/reels using CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand brand voice and campaign goals
- Track basic performance metrics (likes, shares, reach) and suggest improvements
- Stay updated on content trends and viral formats
Requirements:
- 6 to 12 months of hands-on experience in social media content creation
- Strong command of English copywriting
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and basic video editing apps
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to different brand tones
- Portfolio of past posts and reels (even if freelance or academic)
