Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media & Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging, on-brand content across multiple social media platforms, growing our online presence, and driving audience engagement. You should be a trend-savvy storyteller who understands platform nuances and knows how to create content that resonates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute creative content strategies for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and publish high-quality, visually appealing content including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including reels, carousels, and graphics (Canva experience required)
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong online community.
- Use analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and optimize content based on insights.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a content creator or social media manager.
- Strong portfolio or examples of previous social media work.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
