We’re looking for a Conversion Optimization & Performance Marketing Specialist who can transform our product inventory into consistent, profitable sales. You’ll be responsible for building powerful WordPress landing pages, running A/B tests, analyzing sales funnels, refining ad performance, and automating customer journeys that work while we sleep.
Important: Our entire website is built on WordPress, and we use WPBakery Page Builder for all front-end layout and editing. You must be fully confident and experienced in this environment.What You’ll DoBuild Landing Pages That Sell
- Design high-converting, product-specific landing pages in WordPress + WPBakery
- Ensure lightning-fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and clear visual hierarchy
- Follow branding and product guidelines to maintain consistency
Run A/B Tests Like a Scientist
- Test layouts, headlines, CTAs, and visuals using tools like Google Optimize or VWO
- Identify winners, roll out improvements, and continually raise conversion rates
Engineer Sales Funnels & Automations
- Create multi-step funnels for launches, promotions, and evergreen sales
- Set up automations for lead nurturing, upsells, retargeting, and abandoned cart recovery
- Integrate funnel tracking and ensure every step is measurable and optimized
Analyze and Improve the Customer Journey
- Track every click from ad to checkout with GA4, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity
- Spot drop-off points and turn them into opportunities
- Provide clear, data-backed recommendations for revenue growth
Audit and Optimize Ad Campaigns
- Review and refine Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Recommend better targeting, copy, and creative strategies
- Work solo or with our media buyer to ensure ad spend = profitable sales
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience building & optimizing landing pages in WordPress with WPBakery
- A track record of sales funnel creation and automation (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar)
- Strong grasp of conversion psychology, copywriting basics, and CRO best practices
- Hands-on skills with A/B testing, analytics platforms, and eCommerce tracking
- The ability to read data, spot opportunities, and act fast
Nice to Have
- Experience in DTC or product-focused eCommerce brands
- WooCommerce knowledge
- Email funnel skills in Klaviyo or Mailchimp
- Basic design skills in Canva or Adobe
