About the Role:
Join us as an NLP and Conversational Bots Specialist. You will work on both structured
data pipelines and unstructured language processing — supporting our sentiment analysis
product and helping build enterprise-grade conversational bots for various corporate use
cases.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for language models, data engineering, and
conversational AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data ingestion from social platforms, APIs, and files.
- Clean, structure, and load data into BigQuery and other cloud stores.
- Use NLP techniques to tag, classify, and summarize customer feedback.
- Build and test chatbots using OpenAI or Gemini APIs with prompt-based and
embedding-based approaches. - Collaborate with the product team to design chatbot flows and maintain
knowledge bases (PDFs, websites, structured tables). - Prepare clean data visualizations and insights dashboards for corporate clients.
- Support broader AI product and automation tasks across domains.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background in computer science, AI, or data science.
- Familiarity with Python, Pandas, SQL, and basic machine learning libraries.
- Interest in LLMs, conversational agents, or tools like LangChain/RAG.
- Bonus: exposure to vector databases, embedding models, or chatbot frameworks.
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to real-world AI solutions.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates from NUST, GIKI, or NUCES.
