: ASSISTANT MANAGER - COSTING
Job Description
Ø Inventory management including valuation.
Ø To calculate the weighted average cost of stock (Raw Material and Finished Goods).
Ø To monitor the movement of stock for accurate recording and reporting in system.
Ø Computation of product cost for pricing by taking effect of necessary cost like; Godown rent, finance cost and other if any.
Ø To prepare the Job Order Costing and Job wise Profit and loss statements.
Ø Analysis of the production reports to ensure the yield of production as per standard.
Ø To prepare the long/ short position report for planning of requirement of raw material.
Ø Calculation of milling cost of each station and its variances with standard.
Ø Prepare the profit and loss statements for each station.
Ø To monitor all the type of cost (Labour, Utility, Milling overheads and Freight charges) and to ensure that all are under control or incurred as per standard.
Ø Analyze the behavior of cost and prepare the necessary reports to make better decisions.
Ø To perform any other task as and when assign by management.
Qualification
Ø ACMA-Qualified or CA-Inter (Articles completed)
