Cost and Contract Engineer.
Key Accountabilities:
· Develop and managed projects cost estimations.
· Calculate and make BOQs of Projects.
· Projects quantity takeoff and estimation as per project budget
· Framing of Tender Mandate for Procurement Process
· Floating of RFI, RFP and RFQ to vendors for Submission of Bid/ Proposals
· To clarify the queries of vendors regarding technical and commercial terms and conditions.
· Conduct market research and collect information of suppliers for projects.
· Evaluate suppliers and negotiate on prices and purchase agreements
· Planned and realized purchase orders in order to secure various commodities.
· Solicited quotes from potential suppliers/subcontractors, and performed technical and financial evaluation of their proposals
Education and Experience:
· Preferably Bachelor of Engineering with good communication skills.
· Must have 3 to 5 years of experience of cost estimation.
