Industry: Beauty & Skincare | Type: Full-Time | Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (Mon–Sat)

What You’ll Do:
Handle customer queries via email, phone, chat, and social media.
Assist with product inquiries, order support, and returns.
Ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless post-purchase experience
Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with internal teams
Focus on service—not sales (No targets, no pressure)
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in eCommerce (beauty, skincare, fashion, or apparel preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRM or order management tools is a plus
