Role: Course Developer Intern (Remote)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 4 hours per day (flexible between 9 AM – 4 PM PKT)
Duration: 4 Months
Compensation: Non-monetary (Skill-building opportunity)
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Structure course content into clear, outcomes-based modules
- Create outlines, learning objectives, lesson flows, and supporting material
- Develop learning assets such as assignments, quizzes, and scripts
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, video editors, and content designers
- Transform slides and concepts into cohesive, learner-friendly digital courses
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and quality across course content
Requirements:
- Passion for education, instructional design, or eLearning content development
- Strong writing and organizational skills
- Ability to design logical and engaging learning experiences
- Familiarity with tools like Google Slides, Canva, or Notion is a plus
- Reliable computer and internet connection
