If you have strong English communication skills (preferred a North American accent ) and a drive to excel in a dynamic sales environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via inbound & outbound calls, emails, and text messages.
- Convert leads into prospective clients from managing the sales pipeline to getting the clients on board efficiently.
- Schedule and conduct meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, and conference calls.
- Prepare analysis reports and meeting minutes to track client interactions.
- Working as a team player to drive to a collective goal
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Identify client needs and provide professional, efficient, and courteous responses promptly.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Intermediate or higher in any field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in customer support/sales or both preferred
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), RingCentral, Avaya/Cisco IP Phones
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the U.S. Healthcare industry is a plus-
- Availability: Must be available to work U.S. business hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PST)
