About the Role
As a Culture Associate, you'll play a key role in driving employee engagement, embedding company values into daily routines, and promoting a workplace culture that reflects diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with People & Culture teams to plan events, craft internal communications, and support leadership in building a thriving, people-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of programs that strengthen company culture and reflect our core values.
- Assist in planning employee engagement events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Monitor employee sentiment through pulse surveys, feedback loops, and informal check-ins—turning insights into action.
- Promote cultural wins and employee stories through internal newsletters, social media, and comms channels.
- Support DEI-related campaigns and inclusion initiatives.
- Provide light coaching to team leads on cultural behaviors and values-based leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in HR, employee experience, or internal communications.
- Passion for people and culture, with a creative and proactive approach to engagement.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
