Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary People and Culture Lead to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and elevating our organizational culture, as well as working on management and administrative aspects. As a strategic partner to the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in building a thriving, high-performing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Organizational Culture and Diversity:

  • Cultivate a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment that aligns with the organization's values and vision.

  • Develop and champion initiatives that promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and a positive organizational culture.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize employee-centric events and activities that strengthen the sense of community.

  • Monitor and address any issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and implement appropriate solutions.

2. Compliance and Analytics:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation to mitigate risks and protect the organization.

  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives and drive data-informed decision-making.

  • Stay informed of legislative changes and industry trends, and adapt talent management practices accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 4-5 years of progressive experience in HR Management, Employee Engagement and Development, and Administrative roles.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful employee engagement and management strategies.

  • Strong understanding of human resource best practices, such as performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in HR technology, applicant tracking systems, and talent management software.

  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) or relevant certification is a plus.
