- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Create and maintain customer profiles in online software by collecting their information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Daily minimum 50 customers call (Daily)
- Preparing feedback reports with analysis after calls (Daily)
- Customers profile updating.(Occasionally)
- Literature correction. ( Daily)
- Assist to M/Coordinators on different assignments (Daily)
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools and advise on company information
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback regarding product or any service and compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Handle product recalls and inform customer of deals and promotions
- Assist and report to concern supervisor/section in-charge in assignments.
