Kevin Collin is looking for a passionate, responsible, and well spoken Customer Service Representative (Female) to join our in-house team. If you love engaging with customers, have a proactive mindset, and are organized in your work, we want you on board!
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Email
- Handle order placements, exchanges, and customer follow-ups efficiently
- Manage community engagement across all social platforms
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries
- Receive and make calls to assist customers with queries or concerns
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure data is properly updated
- Assist in daily office tasks and maintain a welcoming environment
- Provide input for improving customer experience and internal processes
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal in Urdu and English)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and how they work
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Excel, and other basic tools
- Punctual, polite, and proactive in solving problems
- Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus
