Job Summary
We are seeking a well-presented, professional female Customer Support Representative to manage front desk operations and assist with sales coordination. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that combines customer service, administration, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries
- Route customers to the appropriate sales team members based on their needs
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations and handling documentation
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Coordinate between the sales, warehouse, and admin teams for smooth operations
- Ensure the front desk and showroom area is clean, organized, and aligned with our brand image
- Schedule appointments and assist with planning showroom visits for commercial clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service, front desk, or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, well-groomed, and confident in a professional setting
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
