We are seeking a Customer Support Executive with exceptional communication skills and expertise in delivering high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience using modern tools such as CRMs and demonstrate a proactive approach to client interactions.
Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the financial services.
Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, and chat.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of customer support procedures.
Maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions and responses.
Requirements:
O / A Levels or Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in an international customer support role.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of Tech Savy and how to use Google Sheets & DocsStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries.
Familiarity with using chatbots.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
