About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a background in IT or cybersecurity who are eager to make an impact by helping medical practices enhance their digital security posture. You will be instrumental in expanding our brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and driving engagement across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound email campaigns to US-based medical practices.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients using CRM and contact database tools.
- Conduct cold outreach to secure referral meetings and uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and optimize campaign performance.
- Track and report on performance metrics, including:
- Brand awareness and engagement
- Number of referral meetings scheduled
- Website traffic and conversion rates
- Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity trends and compliance challenges relevant to the US healthcare sector (e.g., HIPAA, ransomware risks, etc.).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Educational background in IT, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and contact databases.
- Previous experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) is a plus.
