Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) – Technical Sales (IT & Cybersecurity), you will be the primary point of contact for clients and the key driver of revenue generation. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing long-term relationships with clients, while offering cutting-edge cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions. You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Revenue Generation: Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, driving revenue through technical solutions (especially in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure).
- Solution Proposals: Work closely with the technical team to identify client needs and craft tailored proposals for cybersecurity solutions (e.g., data protection, network security, email security) and IT infrastructure.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets, and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- strong interest in B2B sales with an understanding of cybersecurity solutions (e.g., firewalls, endpoint protection, data security).
- Strong ability to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals with enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present technical solutions to decision-makers.
- A proactive approach to driving sales and account management, with a clear focus on revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
