Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a driven, articulate, and performance-focused Business Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in client acquisition, onboarding, retention, and revenue growth across various industries. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent relationship management, and strong sales execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients from multiple sectors, ensuring smooth integration and long-term collaboration.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and aligning our solutions accordingly.
- Provide consistent post-onboarding support to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Business Expansion & Strategic Sales
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and untapped markets.
- Proactively pitch Fulcrum's services and customized solutions to potential clients.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aimed at increasing revenue and market share.
Performance Management & Target Achievement
- Monitor, track, and analyze sales KPIs to ensure consistent target achievement.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to assess performance trends and recommend improvements.
- Continuously improve sales pitches, client engagement approaches, and onboarding workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably in B2B or service-based industries.
- Demonstrated career stability (not more than 2 years in any one company).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent client-handling abilities.
- Solid understanding of client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales planning.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated with a strategic mindset.
