Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of hands-on experience in data entry or a similar administrative role. You will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data in our systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and company systems.
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain and update records as necessary.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Assist with other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry software/tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 35–40 WPM preferred).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in [insert language(s), e.g., English, Urdu, etc.].
