Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from provided lead lists or databases.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs/courses.
- Explain course features, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly conversion and call targets.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and customer responses.
- Assist in improving sales scripts and call strategies based on feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 2 years in telesales, customer service, or education sales preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Basic understanding of educational services or the ed-tech sector.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
