1st Step is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry with good Excel skills to manage and organize our data efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of our data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and input data into our systems and databases
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and checks
- Utilize Excel to sort, analyze, and report data as needed
- Generate reports and provide data insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and reliability
- Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues promptly
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Data Entry or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
