Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Operator who has expertise in Excel, making GRNs, and maintaining records of price changes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various data entry tasks and ensuring accurate and timely recording of data. The candidate should have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting and updating data accurately in spreadsheets using Excel.
- Creating and managing GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Recording and maintaining accurate records of price changes, and updating them in the system.
- Ensuring all data entered is accurate, complete, and consistent with company standards.
- Sorting and organizing data in Excel spreadsheets for easy access and retrieval.
- Identifying and correcting any errors in the data entry process.
- Assisting with other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including the use of formulas and functions.
- Familiarity with creating and managing GRNs.
- Excellent typing and data entry skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills to identify errors and inconsistencies in data.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
