Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update stock details of medicines and supplies in the system.
- Maintain records of received, dispatched, and returned items.
- Keep inventory counts accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely data entry of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports as required.
- Assist in tracking expiry dates and flagging short-dated items.
- Ensure barcode scanning (if applicable) is accurate for each product.
- Support the pharmacy and warehouse team during audits or stock checks.
- Report any stock mismatch or data errors to the supervisor.
- Keep digital files and records organized and secure.
