Job Purpose:
The Deputy Manager ERP is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the organization's ERP system. This role ensures seamless business operations through ERP optimization, troubleshooting, user support, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Liaise with key business users to gather requirements, define system enhancements, and provide ERP solutions.
- Work closely with ERP vendors and consultants to ensure system stability and timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor ERP system performance, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Develop and deliver end-user training, manuals, and documentation.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to ERP users across departments.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and standards.
- Participate in ERP upgrade or migration projects and lead minor enhancement initiatives.
- Develop reports and dashboards using built-in ERP tools or third-party BI tools.
- Manage change requests, testing, and deployment in coordination with IT and business teams.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) are a plus.
Experience:
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation and support.
- Experience with a major ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo.
- We need:
✔ Hands-on MS Dynamics 365 F&O expert (Finance & Operations)
✔ Strong knowledge of Production + Retail modules
✔ Implementation/ Functional Consultant experience
✔ 4-5 years in MS Dynamics 365 (MSD365) Systems
Skills:
- Strong functional understanding of ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HR, etc.).
- Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and ERP report generation.
- Project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in a manufacturing, textile, or FMCG environment.
- Ability to manage small teams or external consultants.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and documentation tools.
