Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT (1-hour dinner break)
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end strategy and execution across SEO, paid advertising, email, and analytics. This role demands a strong grasp of digital channels, data analysis, and conversion-focused campaign building.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
- Oversee SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to boost organic visibility
- Develop email marketing funnels and automation workflows (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
- Set up and manage performance tracking using GA4, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards
- Coordinate landing page creation, A/B testing, and CRO strategies
- Manage digital marketing budgets and report ROI
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and algorithm updates
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in full-stack digital marketing
- Proven success with both organic and paid strategies
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing platforms
- Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Hotjar
- Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
- Self-starter, organized, and results-driven
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred)
