Overview:
Q-Links Property Management Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a meticulous and process-driven Documentation & Compliance Executive to manage real estate ownership transition processes. The ideal candidate will handle client-facing transfer procedures, legal paperwork, and internal coordination to ensure smooth property handovers in line with Bahria Town and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end documentation for property handovers and title transfers
- Assist clients in understanding and fulfilling transfer requirements
- Coordinate with legal, admin, and sales departments to ensure procedural accuracy
- Authenticate documentation and secure approvals from relevant stakeholders
- Address client inquiries regarding ownership documentation status
- Maintain thorough records—both digital and hard copy—for all transfer cases
- Audit documentation flows regularly to enhance process efficiency
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- 6months -1 year of experience in property documentation, legal coordination, or transfer administration
- Good understanding of real estate transfer norms, particularly in gated communities
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and client service
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with document tracking tools
