Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience implementing core accounting and distribution processes using Dynamics 365 Finance.

Key Responsibilities:


Project Leadership:



  • Support Dynamics 365 Finance implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and Lead Consultants to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Functional Expertise:



  • Provide knowledge and expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, and Budgeting.

  • Design and implement distribution processes, including inventory management, procurement, sales order processing, and warehouse management.

Business Process Analysis:



  • Support detailed business process analysis to understand client requirements and identify areas for improvement.

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure Dynamics 365 Finance to meet client needs.

Solution Design and Configuration:



  • Configure Dynamics 365 Finance modules according to best practices and client requirements.

  • Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance system functionality and provide valuable insights.

  • Integrate Dynamics 365 Finance with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

Support and Troubleshooting:



  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to address system performance issues and implement enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 3-7 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance (or Dynamics AX) with a focus on core accounting and distribution.

  • Strong understanding of financial and distribution processes and best practices.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 Finance with other Microsoft products (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, Office 365).

  • Knowledge of other modules such as inventory management, manufacturing or service management processes.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to finance and distribution.

  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
