E-commerce Business Operator/Assitant
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Business Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, handling account activities, maintaining Excel sheet records, preparing daily reports, and assisting with basic finance-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings and account information on e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain and organize records in Excel and other reporting tools.
- Prepare daily sales, expense, and performance reports.
- Monitor order processing, returns, and customer queries (if needed).
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, or internal teams when necessary.
- Assist with basic finance tasks such as tracking expenses, preparing invoices, and managing payment follow-ups.
- Analyze sales trends and provide data-driven insights.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and suggest improvements where needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc. – optional based on your business).
- Basic understanding of finance/accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Contract Likely to be extendable

Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
