Vyro is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Employee Branding Executive to enhance our employer brand and strengthen our employee value proposition. This role requires a unique blend of marketing and design expertise to develop compelling brand messaging and visual content that resonates with current and prospective employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employer Branding Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, company websites, and recruitment materials, highlighting the company culture and employee experiences.
- Design Development: Utilize design skills to produce visually appealing graphics, presentations, and videos that promote the employer brand across multiple channels.
- Internal Communication: Collaborate with HR and internal teams to design and implement effective internal communication strategies that foster a strong sense of belonging and engagement among employees.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor positioning, using insights to inform branding strategies.
- Employee Advocacy: Develop and manage employee advocacy programs that encourage employees to share their positive experiences and promote the company as a great place to work.
- Metrics and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives, using data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment, marketing, and communications teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Design, or a related field.
- Atleast 2+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) and video editing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using metrics to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
