We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented EPR Assistant to support our Retrofit Assessors and Coordinators in preparing accurate Energy Performance Reports (EPRs) for ECO4 retrofit projects across the UK. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, basic technical knowledge of energy efficiency, and a desire to contribute to sustainable housing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Retrofit Assessors in compiling and formatting data required for EPR generation
- Input property survey data into relevant software platforms (e.g., Elmhurst, Stroma)
- Organize and maintain property documents, floor plans, photographs, and occupancy details
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all required information is received on time
- Review EPR drafts for completeness and formatting accuracy
- Maintain proper naming conventions, file management, and record-keeping
- Support with quality control checks and ensure all submissions comply with ECO4 and PAS 2035 standards
- Communicate with field staff to clarify missing or unclear assessment data
- Stay up to date with basic ECO4 documentation requirements and reporting protocols
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma (Engineering, Environmental Studies, or Administrative fields preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or technical support roles (Retrofit or Energy Sector preferred)
- Familiarity with retrofit terminology and energy efficiency measures
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and use EPR software tools (training can be provided)
Work Conditions:
- Remote work with a structured schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT
- Screen and workstation monitoring during working hours for productivity and compliance
