What is Expert Channel Development?
The Role Reports to Expert Channel Development Enterprise sales where monitoring Sale Channel for continuous development and digitization of the Direct Channel
What does Expert Channel Development do?
- Lead the digitalization of the sales process, integrating CRM, AI-driven insights, and automated reporting.
- Develop a Sales Excellence Program, ensuring teams are equipped with cutting-edge sales methodologies and digital tools.
- Oversee the creation of a Virtual Sales Hub, providing real-time access to customer insights, best practices, and playbooks.
- Establish channel governance frameworks, ensuring partners and direct sales teams are aligned on market penetration strategies.
- Develop and manage a continuous learning program focused on cloud solutions, enterprise networking, AI-driven sales techniques, and customer success methodologies.
- Collaborate with solution architects to conduct technical deep-dives for sales teams to improve their consultative selling approach.
- Implement virtual sales simulations and case-based learning modules to enhance negotiation skills.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Channel Development?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- A Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred but not always necessary
- 5+ years of experience in Channel Management, Business Development,
- Sales, or Partner Management within the Telecommunications or IT industry. Proven track record of managing and developing B2B channel partners, distributors, resellers, and indirect sales channels.
- Experience in enterprise sales, solution selling, or business growth strategies
