Key Responsibilities:
-Create, implement, and manage Facebook advertising campaigns that align with our marketing objectives and target audience.
-Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to optimize ad targeting.
-Develop engaging ad copy and creatives that resonate with our target audience.
-Monitor and analyze ad performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
-A/B test ad variations to optimize click-through rates and conversions.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Facebook advertising best practices.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate Facebook ads into our overall marketing strategy.
-Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in managing successful Facebook advertising campaigns.
-Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor.
-Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh advertising ideas.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
Education and Experience:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
-2 year of experience in Facebook advertising or digital marketing.
