Position: Female Customer Support Executive
Salary: Rs. 30,000 – 50,000 (based on experience & skills)
Education: Graduate or Undergraduate
Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Customer Support or relevant role preferred)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Female Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
- Handle customer queries across phone, email, and social media platforms
- Manage order-related communication and provide timely updates
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil customer needs efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Assist customers with product information, orders, and complaints
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt service
- Follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- English fluency (must be able to speak comfortably with English-speaking customers)
- Customer-friendly and solution-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of beauty or skincare products is a plus
- Must be able to travel independently to DHA Phase 8
- No pick & drop or transportation allowance provided
