Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and experienced female MERN Stack Developer to join our team on a part-time night shift basis. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable handling client meetings independently, and demonstrate professionalism and confidence during discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Attend and confidently handle client meetings during the night shift.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality code and project milestones.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of proven experience in MERN Stack development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in handling international client meetings.
- Availability for part-time night shift work.
- Female candidates only.
