Job Description: We are looking for a MERN Stack Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in these technologies and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for teaching MERN stack development in live online classes, guiding students through various projects, and helping them gain practical skills. Previous teaching experience is highly recommended, especially in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct live online training sessions for students on MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Teach core concepts of the MERN stack, including front-end and back-end development, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, database management, and more.
- Design and deliver engaging lessons, coding exercises, and real-world projects to ensure students grasp complex topics.
- Provide hands-on mentorship and assist students in debugging and building full-stack applications.
- Answer student questions, address technical challenges, and offer guidance during live sessions and follow-up communication.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster improvement.
- Manage multiple classes and training sessions as assigned by the team.
- Collaborate with the team to refine course content and improve the overall learning experience.
- Support students through project-based learning and offer assistance in completing their assignments.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in MERN stack development (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Strong expertise in both front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js, Express.js) technologies.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API development, database management with MongoDB, and working with JavaScript ES6+.
- Good communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
- Previous teaching or training experience is highly recommended.
- Ability to teach effectively in an online live class environment.
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or similar.
- Passionate about helping others learn and grow their development skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional technologies like Redux, TypeScript, Docker, or GraphQL.
- Experience in project-based teaching or mentoring students.
