We're Hiring: Floor Manager – Luxury Salon

Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Guest Relations:
- Welcome and engage high end clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Ensure an elevated client journey, from greeting to service completion.
- Promptly address concerns while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Uphold the ambiance of a luxurious and welcoming salon space.
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Supervise appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and manage client flow.
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and the overall presentation of the salon.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Train and guide staff in customer service, salon etiquette, and operational excellence.
- Manage internal team dynamics, addressing issues with diplomacy and discretion.
Sales & Business Development:
- Promote salon services, product lines, and membership packages.
- Collect and relay client feedback for continuous improvement and innovation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Presentation: Impeccably groomed and professionally attired.
- Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong interpersonal skills.
- Education: Minimum Intermediate (12th grade); Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in luxury hospitality, premium retail, or salon management is advantageous
- Skills:
- Quick problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attentive, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Confident and composed under pressure.
- Strong leadership and professional work ethic.
Location: DHA, Karachi
Compensation: PKR 65,000 – 75,000 (commensurate with experience)
