Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome and guide all the visitors and guests to the concerns.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
- Schedule and maintain appointments, meetings and organize conference of C- level
- Ensure deadlines of Front Desk area.
- Perform other clerical duties as required by HOD.
Job Requirements:
- The incumbent should be minimum graduate from reputed university with 4-5 years of related experience, must be computer literate with professionally groomed personality.
- Good hands-on Ms office.
- An exceptional attention to details with excellent communication skills.
