Evening Front Office Administrator (Karachi)
ABS International is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Evening Front Office Administrator to manage our reception operations at our Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi office. This full-time, on-site role requires a dedicated professional with excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu, and a commitment to providing a welcoming and efficient front office experience.
Your Impact at ABS International
As the primary point of contact, you will be the welcoming face of ABS International, ensuring the seamless flow of daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Front Office Management: Deliver an exceptional first impression for all visitors and employees, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Communication Handling: Efficiently manage all incoming communications, including calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Administrative Support: Oversee day-to-day front office functions and execute essential administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Record Management: Ensure accurate and meticulous upkeep of visitor records and vital office documentation.
- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Liaise effectively with internal departments to support various operational and administrative needs.
What We're Seeking
We are looking for a proactive and professional individual who meets the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative support role.
- Language Proficiency: Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Personal Attributes: Independent, professionally presented, and well-groomed.
Shift Details & Location
- Shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
- Location: On-site at our Gulistan-e-Johar office, Karachi.
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
